how do i make a rescue email?

i got a new iphone 5c and i changed my password on my itunes account. i know my password now and my old password, but i made my security ages ago for my ipod. I cant remember my security questions, ive tried so many times. and i dont have a rescue email address, what should i do? and how?
also how do i put a rescue email address in?

1. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

2. You can't without correctly answering two of the questions.

Hi bobby,

At this point, you are going to have to contact iTunes Support to get your Security questions reset:

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699?viewlocale=en_US

Once you have gotten them reset, and can access your account again, you can put in a Rescue email address in the Password and Security section of Manage your Apple ID:
