When I first booted up my iPod Touch (5th generation), I done the settings from languages to Wi-Fi, and when I type in my Apple ID, it says "________________@me.com can not be used to unlock this iPod."

Is is used for other devices or on a computer?
IT is exsisting, and I use it for all my devices and still no work on my iPod even though it was fresh from the store.

I got it from a store, and I tried what you said, but nothing worked, same thing all over again
