32bit window 7 on bootcamp 5 in Mavericks

So I will use bootcamp 5 the make the partition, install windows 7 32bit form the disk. then download the drivers and put them on a usb, and install the on the windows side

I can not use boot camp to make the partition couse it wont the 64bit disk.
