My photo stream isn't any more updating .. it stopped pushing photos to my computer after changing the windows

My photo stream isn't any more updating .. it stopped pushing photos to my computer after changing the windows and i tried to turn it off and on agin and nothing happened . please help !!

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
