I purchased a music album that has a digital book with the purchase of the album-how can I obtain it?? It isn't anywhere on my iPhone 5s, which I used to purchase the album. I have the album, when I go back to the iTunes store it shows I purchased the album, but the digital book is greyed out. It says "with purchase of album."
