I purchased a song through my iTunes app from my computer, it said can't download not enough memory?

I tried to purchase a single song said downloading then pop said unable to download not enough memory, which is so untrue. searched help but no help will try fix iTunes if that don't work than I will call Apple if any one knows what steps I need to take please help if not I do plan to purchase this weekend new desktop...
