Q: Synchronizing app layout between iPhone and iPad in IOS 7
Does anyone know how to make the application and folders layout on the iPad (IOS 7) match those on an iPhone 5c (IOS 7)? It took me over an hour to re-create folders on the iPad using the wiggle/drag and drop method; and the iPhone just does not want to cooperate.
The closest think I could find in the Apple support communities was from 2011, and IOS 5, iTunes 10 versions at https://discussions.apple.com/message/24212709?tstart=135#24212709
However, that was when you could manually drog and drop apps from page to page within the iTunes software when the device was connected; and with IOS 7, that option no longer appears to be an option.
There were no IOS 7 related matches when checking the Macworld, Mac Rumors, CNET, Youtube, Softpedia, or Dan Rodney web sites.
If it will help point me in the right direction, I am using a Mac book Pro, OS X Mavericks, and iTunes 11.X which were current as of this morning, and IOS 7.0.4 on both the iPad/iPhone which was also current as of this morning.
Thanks and Happy New Year to all.
