Hey, I just bought an ipod touch 5th generation, but my lightning usb is not working anymore.

It didn't got wet, neither is phisicaly damaged... the problem is i'm not from the US (where I bought it) so I can't use the warranty.

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.4

The warranty is international. If there are no Apple stores where you are, contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
