iPhone 4 callling problem

I cannot hear phone calls whether not on or on speaker phone or be heard while calling after i shattered my iPhone 4 glass and got it repaired. The guy that fixes iPhones that i went to said nothing was wrong with anything and i just had to restore my phone, after i restored my phone the calling problem wasn't fixed, i also tried doing all of the tips on the support page, no luck.
