Jan 1, 2014 8:15 PM in response to Atters64by lizdance40,Many cell carriers allow this option as an extra that you must activate. Check with your cell carrier to see if you can use your hot spot.
Because it says "unable to join" you may be entering the wrong passcode, or your hot spot is disabled by the carrier.
