not all libraries appear on Home Sharing

Hi All,

Short version: My Win7PC has home sharing on but will not show up on any of my mac computers, but it does appear on my iOS devices. Any fix ideas?

I am trying to completely connect our home computers to Home SHaring and am having weird results. I have 2 desktops, 2 laptops, and some iOS devices.

Desktop1 is a Windows 7 PC with a lot of free HD space I want to use as a music server as well as other things.

Desktop2 is an old MDD G4 PowerMac

Both Desktops are connected via Ethernet to the main router.

Laptop 1 is a Macbook running 10.6.8

Laptop 2 is a MacBook Pro running 10.7...

Both Laptops are connected via WiFi

All computers are on, running latest version of iTunes (except the G4), and logged in to Home Sharing with the same ID

I see all 4 libraries on my iOS devices

Desktop 1 can see everyone (Desktop 2, Laptop 1 and 2)

Desktop 2 can see Laptop 1 and 2, NO DESKTOP 1

Laptop 1 can see Laptop 2 and Desktop 2 NO DESKTOP 1

Laptop 2 can see Laptop 1 and Desktop 2 NO DESKTOP 1

so, the PC can see everyone, but nobody can see the PC (Desktop 1) I spent an hour turning off all firewalls I can find, and allowing all rules I could which allowed it to see the other computers, but I still cant get it to show up on the other computers.

But again, I can see everything on all the iOS devices (2 iPads and 2 iPhones)

Any ideas appreciated

Thanks,

Joey
