Both the first and second episodes in December were late and the second two aren't available yet, yet I'm unable to get Apple support on this issue. This is not the level of support that I've come to expect from Apple.

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why they aren't available, but presumably it's because the TV company hasn't passed them to Apple yet (or they have and there were problems with the files) to put in your country's store
This inquiry exposed my ignorance regarding TV series. The missing episodes don't exist. I had not thought to view the series on cbs.com. When I did I learned that there is a mid-season intermission.
Why are the 12-19-13 and 12-26-13 Episodes of Elementary not available yet?
