My Apple id and password work fine on my mac, but not my ipad.
When trying to down load itunes or apps it will not accept my password
says cannot connect to itunes store. Resetting password did not help
1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.
Did you set up your iCloud account?
Add your email and password.
