Q: How to stream from my iTunes library to my iPad Air without iTunes Match?

I have an iPad Air, and a computer with an iTunes library that is over 200megs (some CD rips, some purchased).

I would like to listen to music from my computer's shared library on my iPad Air.

I've turned on home sharing, but can't see any content besides the purchased stuff in my iPad's Music app. None of the CDs I've taken music from show up.

I do not wish to use iTunes Match because of the bandwidth - I'd rather stream within my own wifi network.

Any suggestions?
