I have used iTunes for awhile and now on my laptop when I try to open iTunes I get the following message. "The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Any help or suggestions?

I am unable to open my iTunes on my Toshiba laptop. I keep getting an error message of "The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. I don't have the problem on my iPhone though.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
