ipad wont start

Try reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

all this happens to my but when I see apple logo it will stay on few seconds and then nothing. it does this all again after few seconds .
