How can I set my date format as YYYY-MM-DD on Mavericks?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Open System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced > Dates, and modify the date format as you wish (put all formats as YYYY-MM-DD

Thanks. it worked! It is not very intutive the way you have to drag things arrounds and customise using the keyboard but at the end I got what I needed. Muchas gracias, funciono! No es lo más intuitivo como hacerlo pero a fin de cuentas tengo lo que necesito.
