my macbook pro is having frequent kernel panic in the past 2-3 days. How to solve this?

i have been using a macook pro for the past 1 year. After updating it to os x 10.9, it freezes and restarts after using it for some time. i think this is a kernal panic. i have tried every possible solution but it had no effect. These restarts are intermittent. So, if any one has any solution, plz help me
