Fail to open the disc...

I recently (hesitantly) installed this app on a Retina MacBook Pro and it was DOA using both a Samsung and LG BD-RW player. Discs wouldn't mount, couldn't eject them, and I spent weeks trading emails with the off-shore tech support folks, never actually speaking to a live person, and they couldn't understand the problem, and couldn't help me. They refused to refund my money so I had the credit card company dispute the charge.

Now I can't get an external DVD player to play consumer DVDs (movies), and there's no uninstall utility. VERY. FRUSTRATED.

Try any other program... like iDeer Blu-ray Player... I use it for a long time and feel it's good...

@dhunter51Are you sure what you using is Blu-ray drive? You have to comfirm that because only Blu-ray drive can read BDs. Generally their support may ask you offer some information about what happened during the process, the more detailed, the better. Then according different situation, you may get some useful solution. Hope your problem be solved.
