Q: How do I reset verizon password so that I can add data to ipad?

I need to add data to my ipad but cannot remember the verizon password.  How do I reset? I clicked on forgot password but email received will not allow me to change password.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 7.0.1
