I have just had my old iPad replaced due to a fault. The new one wasn't iios7 so it wouldn't download from my iCloud backup. I set the iPad up as a new one and downloaded the upgrade. Now how do I get my information downloaded onto it as the iCloud is showing I have two iPads....help please

That is because the backup from the old iPad is still there. And actually if you wish to restore from a back up, that is the probably one you will need to use.
Once that restore is complete, yuo can delete the old back up.
