Any issues reloading the OS?

I'm starting to get some flakey behaviour and I needed to repair the disk as well as permissions. I'm probably looking at an OS reinstall.

Any issues that I should worry about? i.e. problems accessing old Time Machine backups, losing the registrations for software, problems with mail, etc?
