Hi i cant restore my iphone 5 ios7.0.4 i tried ways but it tolds me (error 3253) so it cant restore! I forgot the password! So what can i do?

I cant use icloud either it said "the iphone will be deleted when it connects to internet" so what can i do? It is locked so i turned wi fi on, and it doesnt connect! Please help this is my third time asking! It already passed three days and i cant find a solution
