Getting card redeemed message, but received card from my kids and they have same account as me. No record of purchases and no one has redeemed card. Apple support webpage doesn't seem to help in any way.
ITunes card says it has been redeemed. Unable to get hold of anyone or even a link through the Apple Support web page. Card has not been redeemed by anyone in family, so trying to get someone from iTunes to contact me to resolve. Have had no luck...Please help
