Macbook keyboard water damage

I spilled water on my Macbook, everything works fine except for the keyboard, it functions, but not well. it does odd things like the keys only work if I'm holding '0' or if I press 's' (while holding '0') it also inputs a 'w' things, like any tips are very appreciated.
