I have a problem with the AppStore . When I try to download an app it asks me for my password etc and then a pop up says "unable to purchase at this time please try later" if I then close down the AppStore and go back in again and download the app it says " you have already purchased this app you can down load it again for free" . This happens every time I try to download any apps. Can anyone help?
