In my case, ZipCloud was unintentionally installed with a DivX update that came with a default checkbox — typical in the pushy strategy that DivX has.
So, I had to go to the Applications folder and delete the ZipCloud app. With AppCleaner smartdelete on, after I deleted the app six other files were deleted from my system too, related to ZipCloud.
Actually I also had to tweet several times @DIVXLLC so they would tell me how to prevent the update notification from appearing in the screen all the time, which wasn't as easy as navigating their preferences, I had to open the preferences app in a DivX folder.
