Q: I cannot connect to wifi.  The button to slide is gray and will not move.

I cannot connect to wifi with my iphone 4s.  The button to slide is gray and will not move.  I cannot reset my phone because it won't accept what I think is my passcode.  I have also heard that resetting the button does no good.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

    Thank you for asking your question! It sounds like there are 2 issues going on at the moment. First to address the Passcode Lock issue, you should be able to use this article to reset that:

    Also, it sounds like the Wi-Fi button is grayed out in your iPhone settings. Try out the troubleshooting steps in this article:
