Q: How can I transfer my 2000+ contacts on my 4s iPhone to a new Microsoft Office Outlook that I have recently added as an email account to my iPhone?

Does anyone know  how to transfer 4s iPhone contacts to newly set up Microsoft Office Outlook contacts on a new computer?  I have sinced up the new computer Microsoft Office Outlook email to the iPhone using Exchange, which is working.  I have 2000+ contacts that I would like to transfer from my iPhone to my new computer.  Thanks!

Use iTunes to sync your contacts to outlook on your computer, then move them to your Exchange account.

If these are Exchange contacts, you will not be able to do that. Exchange contacts reside on the Exchange server, and can only be accessed in Outlook when it is actually on a device that is connected directly to the server. Most outside access to the Exchange contacts is just when typing in the name into a mail. You would have to check with your Exchange administrator to see if you can download from their server to your home computer. This is generally not allowed.
