Q: Should I get an iPad Mini Retina 32gb or iPad Air 16gb

We can't choose for you, only you can - it's your opinion.

More storage is important, but it all comes down to which screen size you prefer. iPad mini for portability or iPad Air for readability (though the iPad Air is pretty darn portable too).

The iPad aIr for sure, but get the extra memory.

Go to an Apple store or electronics store and look/handle each to see which would best fit your needs. What do you plan to do with it?

Like I said earlier, the iPad Air with extra memory.

Given that they are sealed and can't be hardware-upgraded, you should always strive to get the biggest you can.

Even if you never buy an app and play the game of snapping up the apps when offered free, it is amazing how quickly you can run out of room. Add music, maybe a free movie like the one just offered in the 12 Gifs For Christmas promo, maybe a magazine or two, and pretty soon 64GB seem awfully small.

Realize that on the 16GB, there is 12.8 GB of space. On a 32GB, about 27GB of space. 64GB, about 55-56 or so and on a 128GB, 115 GB space.

I had same ques. I went fir Air. And don't regret! The screen size is perfect and I don't think I can work on a smaller screen after this.

Yes mine is 16gb wifi only model
