More storage is important, but it all comes down to which screen size you prefer. iPad mini for portability or iPad Air for readability (though the iPad Air is pretty darn portable too).

Jan 3, 2014 1:56 AM in response to Adamk1907by Courcoul,Given that they are sealed and can't be hardware-upgraded, you should always strive to get the biggest you can.
Even if you never buy an app and play the game of snapping up the apps when offered free, it is amazing how quickly you can run out of room. Add music, maybe a free movie like the one just offered in the 12 Gifs For Christmas promo, maybe a magazine or two, and pretty soon 64GB seem awfully small.

Jan 3, 2014 3:40 AM in response to Adamk1907by hexonxonx,Realize that on the 16GB, there is 12.8 GB of space. On a 32GB, about 27GB of space. 64GB, about 55-56 or so and on a 128GB, 115 GB space.
