How to fix my apple account?

So ive had an apple account for a few years now. And just recently i got an ipod shuffle and i was trying to download my music and it said that my apple id has been disabled. what can i do to fix it?

Congratulations on your new iPod shuffle! I am sure you are eager to use it, but it sounds like you are getting a message that your Apple ID has been disabled.


First, I recommend reviewing the following article for steps in resetting and updating your password to gain access to your account:
