Q: On my IPAD, I have sound but no picture?

I can hear my music on my IPAD but there is no picture. The screen is totally black but it will show the sound/mute button and what looks like a lock with a circle and arrow going around the lock?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

Try reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.
