I have iPhone 4S, Straight Talks APNs from iapnupdatetfdata.straighttalk.com, and get no internet data configuration available when I try to use any internet app while not on wifi. Reinstalled Strait Talks APNs, tried Net 10s APNs for tf phones, get same no config message. Quadruple checked all settings, no luck. Have another iphone with exact same Straight Talk APNs and no problem. Both are IOS 7.04. What am I missing?

You'll have to work it out with StraightTalk. Unlocked iPhones on the StraightTalk GSM network are not supported by either StraightTalk or Apple. StraightTalk is a supported CDMA carrier.

Their Support says it's the phone or a setting on the phone. They swear by their apn download site. It works great on my other phone.
Great. Work it out with them. As I said, they are not a supported GSM carrier. If they were, you wouldn't have this problem. The proper settings for all supported carriers are already in the phone.
I just downloaded http://iphone.tweakker.com and selected straight talk as the operator and it allowed me to receive data on my Verizon 4s. I still cannot send texts, but I am grateful to be on the internet.
In order for that to happen, your Verizon 4S had to be illegally unlocked.

A Verizon 4S can not be unlocked for use on any U.S. carrier. It can only be used on Verizon in the US or on a foreign GSM carrier.

As for mkesg123, he/she/it illegally hacked their phone to unlock it. It's not physically possible for them to be using a Verizon iPhone 4S on StraightTalk.

Interesting comments about illegal verizon phones. Just last year Verizon iPhones were available in my area by straight talk.
No StraightTalk phones were available from StraightTalk. They are an MVNO that uses the Verizon network. There is a difference.
I don't appreciate being called a liar. I know straight talk carried Verizon iPhones. I've been following straight talk for quit a while. They've since dropped verizon in this area all together.
No. WalMart carried Verizon phones. StraightTalk iPhones and Verizon iPhones are different animals entirely, though both operate on the Verizon network. I didn't call you a liar. Let's say you are "misinformed". If they no longer offer service on the Verizon CDMA network in your area, and limit their coverage to piggybacking on the AT&T and/or T-Mobile networks, then you're out of luck. Using an unlocked GSM iPhone on StraightTalk is not supported. As you were told in the beginning of this thread.
Wow! I called Straight Talk support. Gave a quick detailed explanation and asked them to reprovision the phone as Apple Support suggested. It took a few minutes waiting and bam! Problems fixed!
