I am having issues after I back up.
I can go onto my phone and back it up to iCloud. It takes a few minutes. I go onto the computer and login into iCloud and none of my photos, contacts, etc. are there. Wat am I doing wrong?

Backing up your phone does not put data on icloud.com, it only creates a backup that can be restored to your phone later if you ever need to. Did you go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts and other data on? If so, what data doesn't appear on icloud.com?
