Q: Movie wont sync to Ipod Touch

Every movie is syncing to my iPod except one that I purchased not too long ago.. I tried unchecking then rechecking the box but it does nothing. What should I do?

I just did a factory reset and now I'm getting this error message when I try to sync the movie?? http://tinypic.com/r/35ic75v/5
