iPhone 5 camera trouble

Sometimes the flash goes off before the picture is taken. Flash doesn't sync for some reason. Also, some of the pictures have lost the red and blue coloring and is mostly yellow. Most pictures now have a gray shadow spot in the picture. Has the camera gone bad and is it covered under an extended warranty?
