Synchronizing Palm OS with Mavericks?

Yes, I'm that old. I still use my old workhorse Palm OS Zire 71 PDA, and it's been a trusted tool for a decade now. I was using MarkSpace's Missing Sync to synchronize it with my Mac, but after upgrading to Mavericks, this no longer works. Is there a fix out there, or another piece of software that could replace it? (I've got an Android prepaid phone, even syncing to that would be better than nothing.) I'm hesitant to use iCloud or anything like that due to security reasons.
