I keep getting this same message and it will not complete the recovery. I plugged he device into my other laptop and it restores. I have 2 ipods and they both do this on the same computer.
I have 2 ipods and everytime I try to sunce them it goes through the whole syn and then says it did not sync when you try and eject. It then says ipod need to be restored adn recovered. It starts the restore, then when it goes to the recovery phase it stops and say it must be restored. I plugged them into my other laptop and they restore fine. Any ideas.....
