I can't connect to iTunes even though I have the correct Apple ID

I keep trying to buy&update&download things but every time I press buy or update or download it says "cannot connect to iTunes Store"

I've tried everything the problem isn't my Apple ID

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2
