Cant hear sound?
my phone wont play sound and its very annoying.

Check the Mute switch on the side of the phone.
The other alternative is that you have Do Not Disturb on. Check to see that in Settings, or look on the Status bar to see if you see a crescent moon icon near the battery icon.
