Automator/Third Party Actions/Ableton Live

Hey gang,

I'm having some trouble making an Automator workflow for Ableton Live. Here's the task at hand:

There is a specific command within Live called "collect all and save" which copies all files referenced within a project into the projects folder. This is useful because I can simply pass a project folder to a collaborator without having to track down every file that he or she might need. I would like to run this command on all 300+ Ableton project files (.als) on my hard drive.

Can someone help me figure out how to automate this massive yet simple task? I'm able to conjure the relevent projects just fine, but I can't seem to figure out how to automate actions within third party software (i.e. Ableton Live) and how to make a workflow that repeats the action on every project.
