Try this:

Toggle iMessage and FaceTime off. Power off and restart your iPhone. Then toggle iMessage and FaceTime back ON. Then wait for activation. Your new number should then be shown as a option than you can activate by putting a checkmark next to it.

Make sure you are connected to the Internet and the cellular network and that you are provisioned by Telkomsa to send an international SMS message.

Hi Rojmer,

Thanks for the assistance but it doesnt completely solve my problem. So after the reboot when I slide my iMessage and FaceTime on it picks up my correct number, the moment I click "next" it reverts to the old number I'm trying to erase and looks exactly as my screenshot prviously sent

So I had to "reset all settings" to erase the number. No my activations for iMessage and FT is unsuccessful. Can anyone shed some light? I have contacted service provider and they have confirmed that I am open for international sms's yet my activation keeps returning unsuccessful.
