Q: How do I get all contacts on iCloud back into my phone?  I can see all my contacts on iCloud but not on my phone

Hello,

 

I have recently synchronised my iPhone with my laptop and as a result I lost most of my contacts on the phone.  However, I can still see my all my contacts on iCloud.  How do I get them onto the phone again?

    Hello Otienogo,

     

    Try the below steps on your iPhone,

     

    Go to settings>iCloud and Login with your Apple Id.

     

    Contacts should be on, click on it to turn it off and choose keep (even if it shows you no contacts)

    When the process is done go ahead and turn on contacts again, choose merge.  All your contacts should show up if you had a previous backup to icloud.
