M-Audio Ozonic driver for OS 10.4.7

I know this may sound dumb but if I download a driver for 10.4.6 will it work on my version because the firewire connection is not being recognized when I open the M-audio Ozonic

15" MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

The problem isn't your version of OS-X, it's that you have an Intel Mac. Download the Ozonic Intel update from M-Audio. I had the same issue with my iMac not reading my Ozonic. It's a simple fix. Good luck!
