Please can someone help my Ipad screen turned blue and pink, i have tried resetting it but nothing happened. It also did it last week but we fixed it some how😟

Was it dropped? Some folks have reported success by smacking the back of it gently across the knee - but you do that at your own risk.
It got dropped last week ut then got fixed but now it has done it again just randomly, and yes i have tried hitting it on my knee.
Try gently smacking the back of it with your hand. I've also heard of people dropping it from a low height onto a carpeted surface. If none of these tricks work, you will need to see the people at the Apple Store for an evaluation.
In my case it was solved by gently dropping on carpeting from a 4 inch height onto soft carpet. (actually thick entry mat, in my case) The screen was up and the ipad was completely parallel to the floor. It fixed it immediately! Resetting and hitting it did not work for me.
Sounds like a loose or bad pin on the internal LCD connector ribbon. If you had it professionally fixed before, you should take it back in. If it just came back by itself but now has gone weird again by itself. It will probably keep doing that until the unit gets opened up and fixed.
Oh my gosh! I thought my iPad 2 was toast... Then I read your comment...I took it out of the case and whacked it twice on the back right at the Apple insignia and holy smokes it worked, it's back to normal 😀
