Last night I made an in-app purchase of $10 for in-game money. Once the purchase was completed, I never received the in-game money. After approx 30 mins I decided to make an in-app purchase of $5 - I instantaneously received the in-game money after making this purchase.
My question: where is my in-game money and if I'm not receiving it, how do I get my actual money back?

How long does it take for the gems to download ? Cause I bought some and they still haven't came in
It's been like a couple of hours and I still haven't got my gems ?
I never received my purchase in game. After waiting a half an hour, I purchased in-game money for $5 and received it instantaneously, so there must be something wrong with their programming. I sent an email to the developers and of course there was no reply. I contacted Apple support and they refunded me my money.
