LCDisdamagedand the phoneis constantly SEARCHING... for a signal.
with theSIMcardin andtheSIMcardout,there is no difference
There is No response at all.
I reset and restored iphone 5 several times, nothing.
Is it posbile to repair the device. How much would it cost?

The device is damaged. Take it to Apple for a replacement.
So, its not posible to repair? Can I replace phone in Europe , maybe Austria or Germany?

Warranty and support is only available in the country of origin. The only exception being the EU where a device purchased in any EU country can get warranty or replacement in any EU country.
You can purchase a new device anywhere you please, as long as you understand you must purchase the unlocked device and the differences in the bands supported based on the model purchased.
