App store and IPhone

I recently changed my apple id password. It works on my IPAD when I use the app store. It is not working on my Iphone. I just re-booted my phone and I entered the new password at all the prompts. I changed the password on icloud on my phone but I still cannot purchase an app from the app store. Can anyone help? Thanks.
