Bootcamped External display trouble... Please help!!!

I bootcamped my 2011 Mac mini today to run Windows 7 and all was absolutely fine in terms of setup etc. I now need to connect a second monitor and upon connection, the second monitor only mirrors the first when really I need it to be an extension of the first. Also, normally I have a third monitor running through USB adapter on the mac side of the partition and all is fine but apparently the windows side isn't recognising the 3rd monitor. I have all drivers installed correctly for everything yet I still only get a mirrored display and nothing being output through USB. Any help would be brilliant! Thanks!!
