How can i upgrade my iphone 3gs version 4.1 (8B117) to iOS 5?

What are the procedures in upgrading my device?

I can`t run my facebook and upload photos too.

If i using the videos the sounds isn`t working.

Pls. give me a feedback asap.

You will go to iOS 6.1.3, which is the latest iOS that the 3GS supports.
